As CZR Exchange grows, we are strengthening identity verification and regional access controls. This update explains what customers need to know before depositing, withdrawing or using CZR services, and where affected users can get help.
KYC and Regional Eligibility
Approved identity verification (KYC) and residence in a supported jurisdiction are now required for deposits and withdrawals.
Customers should complete verification through the official CZR app or website and provide accurate, current identity and residence information.
Completing KYC does not automatically grant access to every CZR product. Trading, CZR token purchases, futures, Earn and other services may have additional eligibility requirements.
Downloading the app or registering an account does not establish eligibility to use financial services.
Check Your Eligibility Before Depositing
Before sending funds to CZR Exchange, confirm that:
-
Your identity verification is approved.
-
Your account is eligible for the intended service.
-
Deposits are enabled for the asset and network you plan to use.
A previously generated deposit address does not confirm current eligibility. Please do not send funds while your verification or regional eligibility is unresolved.
Our Customer Eligibility, KYC & Restricted Jurisdictions page in the official CZR GitBook explains regional restrictions and account access requirements. A country’s absence from the restricted list does not guarantee access to every product.
Guidance for Existing Customers
If you live in an unsupported jurisdiction and already have an exchange balance, open positions or assets committed to a product, contact support through the official CZR app or website.
Our team will review your account and provide guidance on verification and the applicable withdrawal or account exit process. Additional verification may be needed even if ordinary onboarding is unavailable in your location.
While your eligibility is unresolved, please do not make additional deposits or increase your trading exposure.
An unsupported location does not, by itself, mean that your balance is forfeited. Accounts subject to sanctions, suspected fraud or legal holds may require separate review.
Genesis Airdrop and Exchange Access
Genesis Airdrop eligibility and CZR Exchange account eligibility are assessed separately.
Receiving CZR tokens does not automatically qualify you to deposit or trade them on CZR Exchange.
If you have already claimed tokens into your personal wallet, an exchange access restriction does not itself reverse that transfer. If your claim is pending and a regional restriction affects you, contact official support promptly for guidance.
This update does not introduce new airdrop claim requirements, change claim deadlines or cancel allocations. Airdrop participation remains subject to the applicable program terms. Any confirmed changes will be announced through official CZR channels.
Keep Your Account Secure
Provide accurate identity and residence information. Do not use false documents, another person’s identity, a VPN or other methods to bypass regional restrictions.
Use official verification and support channels when submitting personal information. CZR support will never ask for your private keys or wallet seed phrase.
Where to Find Help
For questions about verification, regional access, an existing balance or a pending airdrop claim, contact support through the CZR app or official website.
Include your account UID and a brief description of your issue. Do not post identity documents or sensitive account information in public community channels.
We will continue publishing confirmed policy updates through our official website, documentation and community channels.
Thank you for being part of the CZR community.
