116 million CZR has been placed in a Team.Finance vesting contract ahead of the token’s scheduled October 1 launch.
As CZR Token approaches its scheduled launch, we are making an important part of its token distribution available for public review. 116,000,000 CZR has been transferred into a smart-contract vesting arrangement through Team.Finance.
The amount represents 11.6% of CZR’s permanently capped maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The vesting contract and the transaction used to fund it are recorded on Ethereum, allowing anyone to examine the associated token movement.
How the vesting schedule works
The vesting schedule begins on October 1, 2026, with a 12-month cliff. Scheduled releases then continue through October 1, 2030.
No initial release or release at the end of the cliff was configured. Tokens covered by this arrangement are subject to the contract’s release schedule rather than being available for immediate distribution at launch.
The vesting arrangement covers the 116 million CZR identified in this announcement. Other CZR allocations have separate purposes and distribution arrangements.

Looking ahead to launch
CZR is an Ethereum-based utility token scheduled to launch on October 1, 2026. The initial trading venue will be CZR Exchange, through the CZR/USDT spot trading pair.
